– Barkham Blue
A creamy, slightly open textured cheese with a rustic rind and a yellow, moist interior streaked with blue veins from a small family business, in the village of Barkham, near Wokingham

– Cornish Yarg
Semi-hard cheese wrapped in nettles that is deliciously creamy under the rind and slightly crumbly in the core. It has a young, fresh, slightly tangy taste.

– Bath Soft
A mild and creamy, organic, brie-style cheese made to an original 19th Century recipe from the milk of the farm’s own herd, by Graham Padfield at Kelston, Bath.

– Lincolnshire Poacher
Similar to traditional West Country Cheddar using unpasteurised cow’s milk, it is a slow-maturing cheese that takes between 12-24 months to develop a golden, straw-coloured yellow pate and spotted brown and grey colour rind.
